Lavender Martini

INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces gin

  • I used Empress gin for the color

• 1 ounce lavender liqueur

• 0.75 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

• 0.75 ounce simple syrup

• optional lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

1. To a cocktail shaker filled with ice add gin, lavender liqueur and lemon juice

2. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist
