Cherry Blossoms in Victoria BC: Instagrammable Locations
It’s that time of year! Cherry blossoms are starting to bloom. Victoria has many gorgeous spots to snap a photo of cherry blossoms. If you are looking for an instagram worthy spot to snap a cherry blossom photo I have included two of my favourite spots below.
I like both of these spots because they are not busy and the backdrops add to the beauty of the blossoms.
Parliament Buildings
On the lawns behind the parliament buildings facing Superior street is a large stunning cherry blossom tree. You will find the tree next to the Victoria Centennial Fountain.
Bonus of this location is the Parliament building itself is a gorgeous spot for photos

Government House

Government House is one of my all time favourite spots in Victoria. The lawns are a beautiful space to sit on a sunny day. The property has multiple gardens to meander through and enjoy and it is all free and open to the public.
Next to the parking lot by the iris and lily garden is a beautiful lawn with a group of cherry blossom trees. I come back to this spot year after year. If you time it right the lawn is covered in the blossom petals.
